Payment Terms: Net 30 Days, subject to established credit. American Express, Master Card and Visa Accepted.  Click on this link for new customer credit information.

Shipping: Orders placed before 3:30PM CST ship the same day via FedEx Ground Service.  Overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery is available for most products via FedEx or UPS. Orders are shipped FOB point of shipment.

Prices: All orders are shipped at current prices at that time. Catalog and web prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty: 

Lamps:

  • Compact Xenon Lamps: 600 hours or one year from date of shipment. 
  • All other lamps: Guaranteed to perform at time of delivery 

 

Batteries:

  • Capacity warranty covers if the Capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity under normal use and service.
  • Most Lead Acid Batteries: 12 months from invoice date 
  • NiCad Batteries: 12 months from invoice date
  • NiMH Batteries: 12 months from invoice date
  • X-Ray Batteries and Kits: 12 months from invoice date
  • Lithium Ion : 12 months from invoice date
  • Non-rechargeable Batteries: Guaranteed to perform at rated capacity at time of shipment. 

Returns: An RGA number must accompany all returns. Please call Customer Service at 888.231.3624 to obtain an RGA number before sending back items for warranty or credit. Issuance of an RGA number does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit. Items due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise should be returned in a resalable condition, within 10 days of purchase.

The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied; Seller's and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product(s). Before using, user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
